You said, "I'm still doing tactics regularly because I just like doing them. And of course I analyse my games for at least as long as I played each game." That's more than I'm doing and it seems to me like a serious commitment to improving, even if under time constraints.

30+ is my prefered time controll, but I dont have much time for that right now. I tend to play 15+ whenever I have time.
