Step 6: start reading the book. When the mind flies away, come back to the book.
Step 7: have a look around, if you are outside..that's the freaking nature! nothing beat that sh*t!
In the unlucky case that you completely miss the book (too boring? too difficult?) go back to step 2.
Step 8: ???
Step 9: you are now no more bored.
