You probably violated the ToS and then kept creating multiple accounts and got IP banned.
Why do you even need that many accounts? It's against the rules to create multiple accounts for no reason.
There are some reasons for which it's allowed, e.g. for blindfold play or anonymous practicing but you are clearly overdoing things. And except for anonymous training, you should also mention on your profile that this is a second account, what it's used for and link your main account.
Multi accounting without reasons, and just to join your teams/like your posts/follow yourself is against the lichess ToS (Terms of Service)
