Question: can my bot play rated games?

Hello! I wrote my chess bot. But, I don't know: can my bot play rated games or no?

Algorithm is easy: my bot see checkmate in 1, my bot eating hanging pieces, and my bot don't substitute a figure.

My bot can win bots @sxCapture, @swarm-o-tron and other bots, that play only casual games.

Can this bot play rated games or this is Lichess Rules violation?
