Lichess Titled Arena and lichess title

What is the point of making LM - lichess master title if lichess do
not allow those players to play in lichess titled arena?
Are you afraid of the Fide titled players not to enjoy them online titled strong opponents?

I have an Idea tough about those titles so I will make another post on the forum and send link here.
