Weird Player Story

So, I was playing a guy the other day (am not a name and shamer so don't ask his name) and during the game he sent me a weird message saying he had lost control of his bowels.

LOL

I replied.

He then asked for my email address as he wanted to set my mind at ease. I gave him an old email address that i no longer use and have wiped clean. 5 minutes latera nd I receive an email with a very disturbing image pasted into it:

Some crazy dude with face tattoos in just his underwear which were very heavily soiled... So much so that stuff was leaking down his legs. Behind him was his computer and our game was still on the screen!

I mean. WTF? Is this a common thing on here or just one of those bizarre situations that should never happen to anyone?
