So I was playing in the daily rapid arena tonight, having fun with friends, when this user (I'm not giving out his name, as I already reported him) came crashing the chat, saying he "hates gay people, thinks their lifestyle is inappropriate" and after we told him to either stop trolling or stop with the hate speach, he said he "hates basically everyone" and started to tease me and my mates. He was in full-trolling mode so I disengaged, went ahead and just reported him. This user went offline after a few minutes, and some 5 minutes after the report, the user (who was offline by this time) got timed out for *just* 10 minutes, and later on they went ahead and also timed me and another friend out for telling him to stop his hate speech. Now, I'm not sure what happened here and I ask for an explanation, because this is simply ludicrous.
Update: Now got timed out for spamming after saying I didn't appreciate the behaviour of the mods. This is getting absolutely hilarious. I donated money to this website, even though I was under no obligation to do so, so that the people who work hard here would know I appreciate the effort and time they put out here. I guess it's not *that* hard of a work, they just kinda do what they want to do and don't care what's going on here. Needless to say, I'll be thinking twice before donating again, and will not play a single game until I get clear answers as to what is going on here tonight.
