Just a quick check of your opponents*, and it seems to me you are basically blocking random players. The symptoms you describe sounds like a known bug in the current app. Where somehow (possibly due to poor network, but how to trigger it is not known) players/the app will manage to queue for several games at the same time.

Is the same as in github.com/lichess-org/lichobile/issues/2401 and github.com/lichess-org/lichobile/issues/2441 and probably many other issues in lichobile.
There is really nothing about NM title or who they are playing, as in most cases people don't notice they got paired for multiple games. Anyway, the new app will hopefully make this a thing of the past. Oh, and the players do get playbans, if they run into it enough. Even through it's really a bug that's behind it all.
* I know Lichess deleted the aborted games, but when I saw this earlier I checked what I could see. Just did not get around to replying before now.
