Conditional premoves

Hi guys, is it possible you guys will be adding a conditional premove feature in chess games in the future? What I mean by this is instead of simply premoving Qg8+ for example, you could premove the move you anticipate your opponent to make first. So If 18. ...Nf6xe4 then 19. Qg8+. This would be useful if you're in a (clearly) winning position but in time trouble and your opponent tries to play bad moves to catch you off guard.

In real time games its probably impossible to do. It is in Correspondence games though

I don't understand why its impossible to do in real time games? I also think it would be more useful in live games(especially blitz/bullet) than in correspondence games simply because its less likely you would get in time trouble in correspondence games.
