I would like to you know if your API already allows me to import my tournament and over the board games via pgn files ... or for example games I played on other websites.
This would be very helpful for creating studies and if I could do more then 1 at a time using the api that would be even better.

To import games from PGN, from the top menu use Tools > Import game.
To import PGNs into lichess studies, go to the study (you must be the creator or a contributor), click "Add a new chapter", and there is a tab "PGN" which allows you to provide the PGN of the games you want imported.
Thanks Illion, my question was regarding the lichess api for developers. I know this can be done manually but I wanted to see if this can be done 1) via an api call 2) in bulk 3 ) once the games are loaded can I api call request them back again?
for example take this use case... I would like to take my 500 games from pgn from chessbase and upload them in bulk via export to lichess. Afterwards if I wanted to make an api call to pull them back down ( the ones I just uploaded ) It will allow me to include the imported games into the export as an option.
