The Google account seems to be needed in order to allow file uploads in the form, unfortunately.

We didn't immediately know of a decent alternative, but I'll pass on the Nextcloud suggestion to the people that are taking care of the form.

No, it won't replace the method you are currently using to coach. But it will be a nice addition to it.
