I decided to make a series of daily antichess tournaments.So,there will be 1 of antichess tournaments everyday with different time controls.Time between tournaments is 23 hours.You can look at antichess tournament schledule in my study which is made to look at.lichess.org/study/6bKRB2JL
There will be all time controls,including fast and slow ones.Fast will be like 1/4+0,1/2+0 ,0+1.Slower will be 5+0,4+1,3+2,3+1 and so on.I will not mention all.In the meantime you can enjoy antichess tourneys.In the tournament schledule i also mentioned time controls for the current tournament and also the time,when it starts and the date.Make sure you don't miss any of these tournaments :)

Antichess ABSOLUTELY should receive more tournaments.
And I agree wholeheartedly that 5minute is wayyyy too long for anti.
1 minute I'm fine with. But I'd say for a daily sorta deal 1.5 minutes would be the magic number.
Not too fast for novices and not too slow for the regulars.
At all times a custom anti tournament is going on; and 99% of the time it has a good amount of player: MORE THAN the Lichess Official Crazyhouse Tournaments that are occurring at the same time.
ZH Tournament play ~ Super Blitz & what not ~ is steadily dying.
Either Add Anti or Remove some of the ZH tournaments and replace them with Anti.
1 minute is plenty for anti; as its a variant that ends most often in 20 moves or less.
1 minute is pure silliness for most player on Crazyhouse as its a variant that requires a lot more clicking, due to replacing pieces, a lot more thought, and has the potential for a large number of moves before end.
Drop 1 min ZH replace with 1 min anti
And while were on this:
Raise TC on 3 minute daily Horde. The idea that daily horde has the same TC as daily anti is just crazy....

Horde ~ MINIMUM amount of moves for variant end is like 45, maybe 50. Many game reach 70+ moves with ease.
So yea; they should be the same tc right? right?! <Slams head on table>

Please make consistent Lichess Sponsored Antichess tournaments a thing.
Antichess (on tournies) has become 100x more popular than Crazyhouse tournies; and the zh tournies are sponsored!
Its pure logic that some of the ZH tournies should be eliminated and replaced with Anti; it will bring more traffic to sponsored tournies and will be better for lichess and better for us :l

I don't, I rarely see antichess tournaments, it is defenitely not the most popular variant, when I do see anti tourneys, they don't have many people. I don't think there should just be one variant largely advertised, even if it is anti, or zh, or any variant. also @breakreign saying that you think 3+0 is 4 seconds per move, that means there are 45 moves. in a 5 minute game, 45 moves would be 6.666666 repeating, which is only 2.666 more. If you look at the big picture, there isn't a huge difference using ur logic.
@DollaHollaAtcha Yes,i agree that official antichess tournaments would be nice.Also,i agree to your point that some of the 1+0 crazyhouse chess tournaments should be replaced to 1+0 antichess.My playing experience has shown that time control 2+0 would be nice in anti,but very bad in regular chess or crazyhouse just because there is not enough time to think and also sometimes games can last very long.You said that antichess needs more tourneys.We all know,but other variants are also played by huge number of players,so the way to go is to add more tourneys in all variants,not only anti.Meanwhile,i am making daily antichess tourneys in antichess everyday and with different time controls to see which is the best and to make antichess variant more popular.
@thekid456 I doubt there are not any antichess tournaments because they are usually made by someone.Basically,every time i go to tournament lobby,i see at least 1 antichess tournament at a time.I can say that atomic tourneys are less popular than anti.Also,the amount of players sometimes is quite big(60-75),so we need to make it up to 100 players in one tournament.However,only developers can decide to add variant tournaments or not.
@AlushTarabein I don't make shield tournaments,so i doubt there will be any fast time controls soon.
