I thought I'd play a few ultrabullet games and get ranked again. How low should my RD get to. It seems that playing one game a week is no longer sufficient.
Any rating with a deviation of 110 or higher is considered provisional.

The only way RD is relevant to your ranking is that if your rating is provisional, you will not show up on the leaderboards. I did answer your question, you just asked the wrong one.
Yup, 80 RD is the activation threshold for ranking.
This is excellent, ratesitters have long been an annoyance to the leaderboards. Keep up the good work lichess devs :)
