Connection Unfairness

A very unfair thing happened to me today.
I was playing in a tournament and I got a game. However, once the game loaded, I lost connection.
This made no sense because my WiFi was excellent.
I reloaded the page, but didn't move on time, so I lost because of my connection.
Then, in the chat, I get this:
"Warning, Redscales. Losing games on purpose will result in a ban."
However, I did not lose on purpose! I lost connection!
Can you guys fix that? I don't want to get banned because of my connection!

Probably that cannot be fixed, because the lichess software cannot know, whether you had a technical problem or intentionally unplugged your system.

They'll only ban you if it is repeated behavior. You won't be banned if it's a rare occurrence.
