ANTI-CHEAT request, "The soft cheater"

The soft cheater is/are players who spectate during a game and the losing opponent gets help from the spectator via VOIP or w/e method they use, this has happened to me more than once...

Is there a way to block spectators from a game, if not, there should be...

I found myself playing someone who was winning pieces ONLY while there was a random spectator and losing when the spectator left, I lost the game but this "soft cheating" is getting out of hand

I didn't report him/them as there should be a option to make a game private between only the two players, if wanted....that's the only way to curb the soft cheating, it must be only a low rated phenomena, us low rates shouldn't suffer, I would even gladly pay for this option to be implemented.

So again there SHOULD BE an option to have the game private and viewed AFTER said game is completed.
Having a spectator cheat for you wouldn't sidestep the lichess cheat detection.
Also, you can't block your opponent from having a GM (or other kibitzer) in the same room.
Also, if you think your opponent is cheating, why didn't you report them?
