How can i insert a picture for background

I want to have a background that i like. How can i insert a picture?
I tried something but without success.
Please help me

You set background to transparent and put in link to the image you want.

My question is, how did you even know you can change background image of you didn't know how? :O

If the image you want is on your computer - just use any image hosting website that let's you upload images.

GIF's are also possible.
