Losing points when you should win them

I just played a game we’re my opponent left and I pressed the wrong button I claimed a draw instead of a win but I lost points and he earned them!!

I hope I can get a refund

You were higher rated than your opponent. If the game is a draw, that will result in the higher rated player losing rating points, and the lower rated player gaining rating points.

He should not have points when he left the points!

If you had declared victory, the game would have been a win for you and you would have gained rating points. Since you chose to make it a draw, that didn't happen. Even if the choice was accidental, it was your choice, and so you must live with the consequences.

He left the game and should have a consequence for doing it so next time he knows not to

People who leave games instead of resigning will face playbans if the behavior continues, which is separate from the rating points. Again, you could have chosen to claim a win and earn rating points, but you didn't.

But he did not get a warning
