Not all pieces displayed

It occured to me twice this day during a tournament, that not all pieces were displayed. (Of course I lost these games ...)
Is this a bug? Does this happen when there is a lot of traffic? And, most important, HOW can I make the pieces become visible?

are you running mobile or pc
app or bowser
what version of the browser
and what os

and how would we replicate the bug

PC. Browser. Latest Firefox.

Edit: Have no idea how to replicate the situation.

Try using another browser, might be a firefox update that broke it

Yet I believe it is something different. I remember that I encountered this problem also last year, during an event by the same organisor.

Reload (Override Cache)

Yes happens to me once in a while too. F5 will do the reload trick, even during a game this can fix the situation.
