In a bullet 1+0 Mode the opponent is getting extra time everytime he playa and I don't. Why?? Thx

In a bullet 1+0 Mode the opponent is getting extra time in every movement he dies, and I am not getting it.
Why? That's very strange, isn't It? Dies to any one happen the same?
