Reconnecting

Hi
i played a few moves and then, in the lower left corner, in red, appeared a message saying "reconnecting", or similar
i waited and waited, my partner's clock spent all the clock time, i kept on waiting till i got tired, i closed the window and discovered i had lost 6 rating points!
thiis happened some hous ago.
How can i get my points back?

Maybe you try refresh your browser with F5. I think, this could help next time .
