The player "Grononos" got his profile erased and he would like to know why

Hi all,

I'm writing on behalf of the chess player Grononos, who is one of my viewers (I don't know him well at all, I have chatted with him a couple of day) when I stream chess.

Like me he is French, but he told me he cannot write in English, he is about 68 and he asked me to write this note.

He has just had (today April 21st) his profile erased and doesn't know why (his can still see his profile, but other players cannot).

He told me he was commentating a live game by ChessNetwork when it happened, and at the time he had an argument with another user in the chat (a guy called him a cheater, and things got heated a little bit, apparently : Grononos got angry at being called a cheater and told his accuser, who was Brazilian, that Brazilians were monkeys (he said that just to annoy him, not as a racist comment... I told Grononos that I don't think this kind of comments should be in public forums, just so you guys know that I disapprove of that behaviour. Still I don't understand why his profile would be erased (either close the account or don't, no ? ) )
Also, his 2 forum posts got deleted.

He would like to know why his profile was erased, who to contact in that case, and how to get it back.

His profile : @Grononos

I am surprised that this happened, as he seems genuine, is a polite person and a strong player.

Thanks for helping sort his situation.

I don't know why they erased his profile, but it's just his language I think.
I'm struggling with the concept that profiling a whole nation and describing them as monkeys does not constitute racism as meant in the modern idiom.

Am I missing something here?
