Variant Time-outs

Hi,

I was given a win in this antichess game lichess.org/MDS53H75/white after my opponent timed out, even though there is no way for me to win in the final position (since my opponent's dark squared bishop cannot capture my light squared bishop). Is this intended behavior? I don't think it should be under the rules normally used (a draw if the player who timed out cannot lose through a legal sequence of moves). The condition with one side only having bishops of one color and the other side having at least one bishop of the other color should not be too hard to check.
I think doing that would be really hard for the general case, but the specific case where one side only has bishops of one color remaining and the opposing side has at least one bishop of the other color shouldn't be too hard to check.
It's not possible for white to win-black has a light squared bishop which will never be able to capture white's dark square bishop. Neither is a stalemate possible

EDIT: I stand corrected, see #11
