I have already offered it in another thread, but I'll repeat it here.
It is a structure that can sit atop virtually any surface or roll around on nearly limitless surfaces. It can fly through the air by solely wind power, or there may be a way to provide lift. The simplest of ideas to provide lift is by getting the air inside warmer than the air outside.
The structure is scalable by changing a singular value. That value is the size of the 21 identical rods needed to make the outer frame. Meaning, you can easily make it small enough to fit in your pocket, or large enough to accommodate numerous families.
I expect the structure will naturally generate usable electrical energy, but I am saving those experiments for much later down the road. I have begun work in the Ilustre Municipalidad de Recoleta, right next to Santiago, the capital of Chile. The first application I wanted to try was as a greenhouse. I have begun work atop Cerro Blanco, in their vivero.
I am sure anyone could find the short peek I captured on a cell phone and stuck up on YouTube, if they were interested. I think pretty much everything pertaining to s23bog, on the internet, pertains to me.
