Ban for user not giving up in definetly lost position (keeping clock until end 20 minutes or more).

I play this week with about 5 player which do not give up lost games.

They instead finish game present sadism behavior - 20 minutes of waiting for flag down.

Can we add some feature to report and ban temporary such user - such behavior is very rude and it is not chess culture to propagate.

Example:
Are you arguing they should be banned as they played until you checkmated them instead of resigning the game from a weak position?
No, he meant that they intentionally ran down the clock for no reason I believe
@jsmith57622 No, have a look at the example. I think he actually means a ban for playing out to mate.

Edit: To answer OP. You agreed to a game of a certain length. If you're not willing to play out a game that length, then don't start it.
Correct, all it takes is a blunder from the winning side to get a stalemate. This is why some people will try to set up a sneaky draw.
They intentionally ran down the clock for no reason I believe.

Prolonging game intentionally is very often and not fun.
Position is clear no stalemate - no need to use whole time 20 minutes for one move - it is just rude behavior which is not acceptable.
I agree with other comments: If you don't have the time to play that time control, then don't play it. (That's part of the game, if the player moved, then, the time would be used irrespective.)

It could also be suggested: We need a ban or reporting mechanism for those who complain about time controls they opt into or select. (Especially those who come to the forums to whine and complain after-the-fact.)

That would be a fair balance.
I understand now what the OP means -- The example doesn't show us the move times without clicking on it.

While my point still stands, I will agree that it is in poor taste to wait for twenty minutes to make the move prior to being mated. But what's to say he wasn't calculating some trick to get you to blunder into a draw? So again, don't play the time control if you're not willing to spend that time waiting.
