suggestion, can we please rename "Hourly Bullet Arena" to "BiHourly Bullet Arena"?

the standard bullet arena is 27 minutes and starts twice every hour. calling it hourly is language wise a bit silly, so maybe rename it? lemme know what ya think

@dopstra Actually not a bad idea. Now it's time to get @clousems involved because he was the one who also launched a campaign to change a single word in the lichess tos.

Terms like "bi-hourly arena" are ambiguous-- that could mean either twice an hour or once every other hour.

I used to be bothered by this, but, after giving it some thought, I actually think the current nomenclature is fine, as it can be viewed as two seperate, 30 minute hourly bullet arenas: one begining at the top of each hour, and one begining at 30 minutes past the hour. Or, if you prefer, it is one hourly arena divided into two thirty minute segments.

IMO BiHourly means "once in 2 hours" or "every 2 hours" which is completely wrong here.

Yeah, bihourly is every two hours. Semihourly would be twice/hour. "Semihourly Bullet Arena" doesn't seem to flow very well though. Just make the arenas an hour and solve the whole problem.
