Yeah many do prefer eng over beng these days but it's a shame if someone don't know bengali living in west bengal... I also used to study in the last day till class 9 but now in class 10 I can't risk to do that having boards, Don't take any offence of my comment, I had just meant that many students from hindi medium family does a lot of spelling mistakes in bengali, I was one of them and still am, I can speak Bengali really well but when it comes to the writing part I am not sure about that.
