Unjustified ban - no reply from lichess to appeal - and has not expired

@bufferunderrun how am I breaking rules? I resign lost games. So the rules say "don't use the time you are given for thinking to actually think about any position"? I am just supposed to instantly resign whenever I can't decide upon a move immediately. Right, genius.
Making another account to evade bans is an excellent way to get permanently banned, just saying.
11.1 The players shall take no action that will bring the game of chess into disrepute.
11.5 It is forbidden to distract or annoy the opponent in any manner whatsoever. This includes unreasonable claims, unreasonable offers of a draw or the introduction of a source of noise into the playing area.

FIDE Laws of chess: handbook.fide.com/chapter/E012018

By stalling on time you do exactly that.
Wait... do people actually get banned for these things? :) :) :)
So glad something actually works... resign like men! :P
Think its complicated for lichess to differentiate between weirdos and decent members.
The system tries to filter out bad guys but maybe sometimes has false positives..
Please do not complain about lichess having a playban/ban for people aborting games to often. I remember on other chess sites I was on (shall remain unnamed) where aborting games had no repercussions I would be in a position where I was waiting hours to get a game because 90% of the games just got aborted by my opponent. Lichess could just remove the abort feature and you will have to start playing more games.

@Jerrysheep

There is no FIDE ruling against one wasting their opponents time. A kid can sit at a FIDE rated tournament, blunder his queen/rook on move 5 and waste all his time, then resign or let the clock flag without any punishment, but people will get annoyed for his toxic behavior. I personally do not really care if my opponent uses all their time after making a bad blunder as I chose that time control and accepted the consequences of having to wait. But just like the issue with aborting endless games above where if I imagine facing an opponent every game who lets their clock just run after move 8 until their clock runs out then I would rather have lichess start playban/ban such toxic behavior so the majority of the community can enjoy the game.
If your opponent is purposely running down the clock OTB, you certainly can call the arbiter. Buffer posted a relevant rule for this.
@bufferunderrun rules of chess gives 12.6 as the distract rule..I did not know FIDE has put that rule @11.5.Useful information..I have learnt a new thing today.Tks.In future I will cite the FIDE rule number.
And also @Toadofsky thanks for watching me play bullet earlier with Stockish 8
