Do i owe my parents anything?

What do you think do i owe my parents anything?
My parents keep saying me that i owe them everything because they gave me a life

Do you love life? If yes, you owe them something. It's not exactly clear to me what it is. Maybe it's gratitude. Things like "respect" and "love" are earned, they are not given just because of the fact
that your mother gave birth to you.

Of course you don't own them everything :)
nearly anyone can breed, it's not a very difficult achievement. Parents owe their child love, nurture and care-taking for putting a creature in this world. Everyone makes mistakes, but if they are honest and good-willing parents, you will respect them. They will not demand a recompense for something you didn't ask for and that they should have given to you from love, unconditionally.

If they have taken care of you, you should take care of them when they are old.

Your “ parents “ inform me they had misgivings about you, as far back as the journey home from the orphanage.

This is nonsense. You owe your parents nothing because you had no say in coming to live. It was *their* decision and they should live with the responsibilities stemming from it.

If there is someone you owe it is your own kids, not your parents.

Now, if you had good parents who have treated you well, they have earned it that you mutually treat them as well and give back what you received. Not because they are your parents but because of their actions. If someone looks after you in times of need you should do the same for him. This is not a matter of being/having parents but a matter of ethics.
