In the last couple of games I had the same issue over and over: The game would start, but I couldn't make a move. The chat, as well as the buttons on the right, disappeared. I've lost several games because of this bug now.
After reloading the page about a dozen times, I was once able to return to the normal layout, though all the other times even that didn't work and the time would just run out.
