Lichess bug. May I have just my rating points back?

I was winning confortably one match. And then, this bug happened, where I saw my opponent's clock tickle down. But the server says MY CLOCK was the one to run out. We look at the record and I played the last move (so I could not have been timed out, I had 2 minutes left).

May I just have the rating points back. I don't even want the victory.

I had a similar bug happen to me. My opponents clock was going down, but when it reached 0 nothing happened (no 'is victorious' message/rating update). Then I refreshed the page and my opponent had made a move and I'd lost over 11 minutes of time thinking I was waiting for him.
