Obviuosly you haven't claimed draw.
You have the option to claim draw automatically after the third repitition. I assume you deactivated that in your preferences.

I believe the default setting is to claim automatically if you're under 30 seconds.

FIDE rule 9.2 about draw claims:
The game is drawn upon a correct claim by the player having the move, when the same position, for at least the third time (not necessarily by a repetition of moves):
a. is about to appear, if he first writes his move on his scoresheet and declares to the arbiter his intention to make this move, or
b. has just appeared, and the player claiming the draw has the move.

Note that according to FIDE rules, the game is immediately drawn after a position is repeated five times, without requiring any player to make a claim. This game had fivefold repetition on move 26, but apparently Lichess doesn't implement that rule. The rule is relatively recent, having been added in 2014, unlike threefold repetition, which requires a claim, and has been around for ages.

Lichess developers noted the 5fold repetition rule the day it was published and decided against implementing it.
