Stop accusing me of running out the clock

I keep getting the "Warning: letting time run out instead of resigning will result in a temporary ban." The thing is, though, that in Blitz this keeps happening when I had only, say, 12 seconds on my clock. It's not unreasonable to take that long to try to figure out a move, especially if you would rather resign if you can't find a good one. I think this message should never appear unless the move took at least 30 seconds.
