For this game: lichess.org/EZ5OtAFp/black I requested a computer analysis. On black's 7th move 7...O-O?! a comment is indicated "Inaccuracy. O-O was best." Clearly, something went wrong. Either O-O was not the best, or it cannot be an inaccuracy.
