when sad i want to be with someone to cry and cuddle, but mostly thats not possible, so i get myself up again like a badly wounded neo in matrix, wipe the sadness off in an instant as if nothing happened and take on a big task to distract myself and get something done. lucky for me sadness is rare. sometimes i curse and swear and the sadness goes away quickly. i think its unhealthy to hang on to sadness, so its good to develop strategies against it and make it go away by not thinking in this direction.
