That seems like a small number of games to ban from.
I agree, but just because I only found two in a few seconds of searching through his most recent games does not mean those are the only two. It's already more than he said.
That said, I assume he is telling the truth about the Internet connection. He's playing 1+0 mostly, and has a lot of timeouts because of that predictably, but the few I looked at, apart from those two, were with just a second or two left on the clock. The automated system for banning for this seems very flawed, and might be reading it wrong. I have also gotten the time-wasting warning (but never a ban) in the chat of a game where it just did not apply at all. I had genuinely run out of time.
