Bug: Premove + Draw Offer Opp = Premove wont get executed.

de.lichess.org/x67dl8kk/black#106

Here i premoved Re4.

My opp made his move, 54.Kf5 and offered draw (or first offered draw, then made his move, i dont know). Result: His king move to f5 was not executed, my premove was not executed, i lost on time, draw.

I have the impression, my opp knew this bug.

Please a) fix it b) if possible, change the result to 0-1, so that i get my points. Thanks.
a) u can normally lose on time while premoving. I have a decent internet and for some reason my premoves usually takes atleast .1s which makes bullet games almost unplayable as for others it does not take .1 s but more like .01s I more dislike the fact dat some calculations of ping are involved in ur time and because of that players with bigger ping usually have huge advantage.
b) I dont think its possible to change result to 0-1 even if it was a bug and some people would somehow feel bad for you because of that. BECAUSE:
1) dat would be hard to recalculate as u/ur opponent might played several games after dat,
2) u cant make it win as u did not win it (not even #1) and ur opponent could argue dat u may not win this so even if someone would change result of this game than something like aborted would be more acurate than win.
3) it was game with increment and I dont think you need premove to do move in 1s so you have only yourself to blame.
4) 1 game in long run is nothing (if someone is bored it would prolly even be possible to calculate how much 1 game matters after another "n" games played :D)
....

However if it rly works as you say than ye, it should be fixed.
yeah, i dont really care for the points, but im sure it is a bug. I had like ten seconds left, and his move was simply not executed. I think it is a weird bug, not a disconn, as it didnt show the red 'reconnect' text. Also, i rarely have network problems. I hope the devs can reproduce and fix that bug.
So... your time started ticking while his move had not been executed ? If so, it's clearly a bug, but if not, then I don't understand how you lost on time if he didn't play his move.
What i said in #1 was actually not what happened, but what i thought happened. I cant remember if my time ticked. During the game i actually thought that his time ran down, but i didnt look at the clock at this point. All i know is that i had around 10 seconds. Just later when i returned to the game, in order to analyze it, i saw that my time had run down. However, im absolutely sure that his move 54.Kf5 was not executed and that i had premoved Re4 and my move was not executed. Weird, i know. Never had it before. I believe that this was connected with his draw offer. Maybe it was a really rare case of the browser javascript engine going crazy, some race condition or whatever, i dont know. Im just reporting it here in case others have experienced the same.
