When I play on my Ipad there's no sound on the app neither on the webpage.

you need to click the board and then turn on the sound on the side. I know it's weird.. It has to do with websites not being able to play sounds until you have interacted with the page. There really should be a feature to allow it for the entire domain rather than every individual webpage.. Anyawy, what I'm trying to say is that there may be a security setting to allow you to trust lichess to actually play sound before interacting with the page. But by default, you will need to interact in EVERY SINGLE GAME INSTANCE before it can play sound. So click the center of the board a few times with your appendage that you typically use to control the screen on the ipad. (I didn't want to specify as I know some people use it with different parts)
If you mean clicking in the board many times, and then go to the sound tab and turn it on, it doesn't work.
