Please do a better job of punishing disconnectors

More than half of the games that I "win" and that the opponent hasn't run out of time legitimately, are a result of the opponent letting time "run out" or just disconnecting., making me sit alone in the game to wait their time out. Either I am particularly unlucky or my opponent does this to his other opponents as well. Please do a better job of detecting habitual disconnectors. and banning them / temporarily suspending their accounts.
I don't believe ^ is qualified to comment on what Lichess is working hard on.

With acknowledgement that some people do intentionally disconnect, please bear in mind that myself and others are plagued with a lousy (and frustrating) Internet connection.
I would like to ask a top rated player a question: are all these cheaters, leavers, ... fakes, I think you know what I mean, also a problem in your sphere, where they could have an important influence in ratings, or are just a nuisance in my lower regions? What I mean is ... I dont care anymore... or play anonymous...
In blitz or quicker I'm generally quite happy to allow my opponent to run themselves out of time.
People who disconnet are annoying in longer time controls. In shortr one, I don't care.
