The people listed here are candidates. Let me know if there is anybody else that I am missing.

Round Robin would still be 3+2, but Casual. Rated matches are not in the Round Robin.
Whoever wins this round will move on to the semifinals, while the losers play each other.

So we will have 4 winners and 4 losers, and we should end up with 28 matches, because: 7+6+5+4+3+2+1=28
