I won by time, yet the site says "½-½", what is this bug?

You only get a win on time if you could theoretically checkmate in the position, as you have only a king their is no possible checkmate so it is drawn.
this has nothing to do with lichess, it's an fide rule:
"(6.9) Except where one of Articles 5.1.a, 5.1.b, 5.2.a, 5.2.b, 5.2.c applies, if a player does not complete the prescribed number of moves in the allotted time, the game is lost by that player. However, the game is drawn if the position is such that the opponent cannot checkmate the player’s king by any possible series of legal moves. "

So the bug is that you think you won by time, while in fact you only drew by time. Which, considering your position, is a pretty good result.
