Abusive use of offer draw

Players use the offer draw function abusively in blitz games, which cannot be disabled. I propose some changes to the use of the button in blitz games. For example it could be disabled when players are low on time (under 20 secs?). It would solve the problem.

Or it shouldnt be possible to propose a draw more than once every 30sec/5moves. I have to agree it can be super annoying when a salty kid spams it.

Or you could just ignore it.

When I offer a draw on lichess I can't offer another one for some time I don't know. I don't know what you're talking about. It does it in all time controls.
