Well, I'm sure that its not my internet's issue...

thats what we are trying to test by making alot of people do it we can see if it's lichess or you
so pls do the test instead of complaining with no way to verify if its lichess or you

also just because your connection is "fine" on other sites does not mean your internet can't be the problem
hence why we do a ping in cmd removes almost all factors except your internet

Bro, idk what happens with other webs , but i am surprised u can even write in forums with such a bad ping

Ping is practically irrelevant when writing in forums. I have successfully used remote login to several workstations and servers at a time with 300ms. Playing blitz games is a different story.
Its a browser-based interface so many things can disturb it.

No, it is. U do need some sort of ping, for the page to load, and i already have trouble with a ping of 100, also it was a joke lol
Of course you need some sort of ping, you wouldn't have a response otherwise. Latency is not as nearly as important when posting on a forum compared to playing a game.

You are right, Lichess does not manage to declare draws, stalemates or loss of time at the right time, but I think that normally you should have ended up in a draw? But also as @DERG_CHESS says, maybe it's due to a bad connection?
