I was playing a tournament game and on my screen it showed white didn't move. So I didn't move either. But the game result was black didn't move, and I lost the game.

lichess.org/faq#disconnection-lossI have experienced same thing, but at the end of the game, when it is completely winning and I am waiting for an opponent to make a move and one time I just lost on timeout, then next time again waiting for a move, then I thought to refresh a page, and after refresh, it show that opponent made a move.
