until its reported to fide we need atleast this position needs to be claimed draw and the time out is illegal which i showed you

We should get rid of no increment chess as this should solve this issue as well as many other issues like KR vs. KR flagging or KQRBN vs. KP flagging.
All FIDE competitions are with increment.
Only here at lichess we still have tournaments as if we had analog clocks.

@roy_soham , oh man this is making me laugh! Not that I think your point isn't valid, but the king race at the end of the game you posted was rather funny.

@tpr we are not talking about increment or others....now we are on lockdown and fide tournaments are on unrated....its in lichess or other websites so now its boring and others play on lichess with no increment

any ways we need lichess to claim this as a draw

Your solution: implement FIDE rules exactly so that this is a draw as it should be per FIDE Laws of Chess.
Result: impossible to code. Would not solve other issues like KR vs. KR or KQRBN vs. KP.

My solution: make all tournaments with increment like FIDE does.
Result: easy to do. Solves other issues like KR vs. KR and KQRBN vs. KP

2nd will be seen after the lockdown

i dont want other drawn position like KR VS KR some player make a blunder and skewer himself ....so i only want drawn positions
where kings cannot enter all pieces are killed and pawns blocked to be claimed automatically :)
