Did you mean "embarrasses"?
And you should have said "spelling" in that context. "Spellings" refers only to alternate spellings of the same word.

Nein, embarrass me is correct, if something is singular, it is embarrasses but I do many things that 'embarrass' me not 'embarrasses' me
No explanation about spelling...at last English is not my native language..
