Any coin collectors or experts I could use some help.

I inherited a large collection of at least 1000 coins and collectors specials. Everything is encased and profiled. Up until now I have never explored in to the world of coins and collections, and there seems to be an awful lot to it. I'm creating some accounts on collectors forums but figured I'd poke around here while I'm at it.

There is a large, yet pretty "introverted" community out in youtube that swings around the coins. Try checking few videos just for sake of it. It could help you out with what you need.

I am a coin dealer, I buy and sell coins, if you don't know what its worth and want to sell them list them separately on eBay for 99 cent bid for a week and the coin collectors will pay you what it's worth and sometimes more. If your looking to price them use the official red book of coins 2020 edition. Also if they are pcgs certified or ngc certified you can type the code that is on the slab into a coin finder on the website and find it's approximate value and discover how many of them have been graded the same as yours.

Thank you @Kexxhr I will look and see what I can find for videos. Just googling them hasn't been getting me very far there are to many unique coins and sets/ descriptions to find anything useful in a vague search.

Thank you @Grandmaster_Garren I don't want to sell anything right away this stuff has been sitting for a while maybe a could PM you a set with a photo and see if you are familiar. It will take some time I'm working atm.

Yeah I agree, but the market does increase and decrease. Like the market for the 1913 type two s buffalo nickel. It is worth a substantial amount of money because they are rare. If a horde of them was found then the value would drop drastically. Never rush, but never wait for the price to go up, because it generally doesn't happen unless there is a huge demand.
