Very nice.

Seems like an argument in favor of 30s+0 and 15s+0 buttons.
people are using the "custom" options allot less than 2 years ago apparently, they now rely on quick buttons,

argument could be made for changing the quick buttons from 3x3 to 4x4, this will add 7 buttons

suggestions:

ultra bullet 0.25+0 , since it seems players wait for organized tournaments,

the same could be said for the 0.5+0

the top 9 custom popular time controls are 4 bullet and 5 rapid
among them in rapid: 15+0, 5+8, 10+5, all are saying 10+0 is a bit short and they need just a little bit more time.

i suggest 10+5 or any 10+x

additional ideas:

add bullet 2+0, 1+1

add chess960 3+2 (alternatively could be 5+0), after it is now played in real tournaments by super-GMs, i think it is needed

10+5 and 15+10 rapid would be good quick pairing options in my opinion.
Oh cool. I would love either a 30+0 or 25+0 for a classical button. Never liked the 15+15 very much. And maybe a 2+0 for bullet?
20+10 Classical (like in Class. Tourneys) instead of 15+15 button badly wanted.

I really don't support more bullet buttons! Bullet was one big reason which made me sick/ burnt out :-((( too much Adrenalin todo el dia, including toilet breaks :'(
I stopped playing bullet and blitz too completely and wish that many people too switch to Rapid/Classical
You know what would be very nice is a move option like 0.30 seconds per move but instead of the 30 seconds adding up the spare time it just resets to 30 seconds after each move. I've seen this on some chess apps.
@Kanaan92 - that was used in the time of no clocks - there was a sandglass for each player for a move.
But i think you are talking about the Bronstein delay?

Nowadays you have either Fischer Increment - the time is beeing granted and added to the main time after each move, or Bronstein delay - there is a time for a move before the main time starts decreasing - spare seconds are not being added.

Bronstein is quite popular - i think this is what you mean? - the time is not being added to your time control but its delaying start of your clock.
I think the sand glass is what I'm thinking but Bronstein sound fun too. I would be happy with either. For example: players choose a custome time for each move let's say one minute per turn, the game starts white moves then black has one minute to move after black moves it resets back to one minute etc...

Playing like this would come with an added benefit, rage quitting would no longer become an issue.
This is number of games played not time played. So there is an obvious bias towards (ultra)bullet.
