As a Racing Kings fanatic, I was disappointed to find out one year ago, there were no daily racing kings arena. To help expand the racing kings community, I would like the moderators to reinstate the daily racing kings arena, as well as add weekly racing kings arena, monthly, and even yearly racing kings arena. The shield tournaments are fun, but adding racing kings arenas are even better. Tournaments aren’t enough - waiting ten minutes only to find out nobody will join.
Therefore, I would like to say that adding daily/weekly/ and monthly racing kings arena will help expand the community as well as add some more fun to this variant.
Yes I agree. Personally, I suck at racing kings, but Lichess is doing nothing to help it grow. More official racing kings tournaments need to be implemented.

We keep asking, no result. This is pointless. No one on the lichess staff cares about Racing Kings. It is a dead variant. I have asked some mods about it, and they do not even respond it. I am getting sick of this. I still don't get it how horde has a daily, weekly and monthly, and racing kings does not have any of those. Both of the are the least popular variants, the numbers of players that play both of this variant are pretty much equal. What is the point then. If you guys do not give a slight attention to racing kings, just remove it already.
@Thibault I hope you can respond in this topic sir. This is one of the moment we need an answer! Is Racing Kings going to be retrieved from lichess or does the developers have any attention to keep racing kings?

Yes, we do have the racing kings shield tournament, and we are thankful to FischyVishy who convinced to implement it, but that is not enough. We need more racing kings tournament!
And please, do not even attempt to reply with this kind of messages, ''You know, you can create a tournament''. It is not the same! Official tournaments get more players than created tournament, it is straight logic. If racing kings does not get any attention, don't be surprise why the number of players are very low.
Even though I don't play this variant, I agree it needs as much attention as horde, why did they even take the daily tourneys away? horde and racing kings are both the same. Racing kings players have to either wait in the lobby, or wait 1 month for the shield. Sorry guys but I don't think a mod will come here.
@mysterious_expert Why do you think that a mod will not come here. I pinged Thibault and ProgramFOX, two lichess developers. They will receive a notification, which will lead them to this topic.
people don't always get the notifications, people have done it to me and it hasn't got me a notification

@FalconPower, it just needs more attention. It just needs to get attention from the mods. Attract more players into playing racing kings, and they'll take notice.
@mysterious_expert Racing Kings does need about as much attention as any variant.
(Though this is unlikely and off-topic) horde is getting more attention than atomic. Strange.
