My passion for teaching led me to publish the best-selling chess book for kids, Winning Chess Exercises for Kids (Penguin Random House), a title that has reached young minds across the globe and is now available at Amazon, Target, Walmart, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, Powell’s, and more.

Over the past decade, I’ve taught in schools, private lessons, international camps, and academies — from Chicago to Shanghai to New York City — inspiring students of all ages and backgrounds. My teaching approach blends strategy with creativity, empowering students not just to win games but to think critically, build confidence, and enjoy the lifelong journey of chess. Along the way, my chess career has taken me to eighty countries, giving me the chance to experience diverse cultures and share the universal language of the game worldwide.
