Juego ajedrez desde los 8 años de edad, he sido medallista Nacional de Cuba en categorías escolares(sub14) y juveniles(sub 18), sin embargo casi todos mis resultados más notables ocurren posterior al 2019, luego de comenzar a aplicar las técnicas de entrenamiento efectivas a mi preparación, a continuación mis mejores resultados como atleta:
1. Campeón del Torneo Internacional Guillermo García in Memoriam 2023 con 7/9 puntos, obteniendo mi primera norma de Gran Maestro.
2. Campeón del torneo internacional UCCFD ISLA 2022 ( obtuve mi segunda norma de Maestro Internacional)
3. 3er Lugar del Abierto "Copa Internacional Quintana Roo" en México 2019 con la presencia de varios GM y otros muchos jugadores fuertes
4. 5to Lugar en el Campeonato Nacional Absoluto de Cuba de primera Categoría 2020, en presencia de 9GM y 2 MI ( obtuve mi primera norma de Maestro Internacional)
5. 7/10 puntos en el Open del Capablanca in Memoriam 2023 ( Obtuve mi tercera norma de Maestro Internacional)
6. Subcampeón del Torneo Internacional Guillermo García in Memoriam 2022
7. Campeón del Torneo Ajeduni 2019
8. Subcampeón del Torneo internacional Ajeduni 2022
9. Campeón de la Copa Moncada 2019.

I have been playing chess since I was 8 years old, I have been a Cuban National medalist in school categories (under 14) and youth (under 18), however almost all of my most notable results occur after 2019, after beginning to apply training techniques effective to my preparation, below my best results as an athlete:
1. Champion of the Guillermo García in Memoriam 2023 International Tournament with 7/9 points, obtaining my first Grand Master norm.
2. Champion of the UCCFD ISLA 2022 international tournament (I obtained my second International Master norm)
3. 3rd Place of the Open "Copa Internacional Quintana Roo" in Mexico 2019 with the presence of several GMs and many other strong players
4. 5th Place in the Absolute National Championship of Cuba of the first Category 2020, in the presence of 9GM and 2 MI (I obtained my first International Master norm)
5. 7/10 points in the Open del Capablanca in Memoriam 2023 (I obtained my third International Master norm)

Tengo 2 años de experiencia como entrenador, en los cuales he trabajado con muchos alumnos de distintos países,niveles y edad,muchos de los cuales han participados en torneos importantes alrededor del mundo.
Mi esposa es la WIM Ineymig Hernandez Gil con quien he trabajado además por años,ella es una prueba más de lo que puede hacer un entrenamiento correcto , alcanzó su título de WIM en abril de 2022, además de esto integró el equipo Cuba que participó en la Olimpiada de Chennai India 2022 y llegó a ser 3ra en el ranking mundial sub 16 cuando llegó a los 2348 Elo Fide.

I have 2 years of experience as a coach, in which I have worked with many students from different countries, levels and ages, many of whom have participated in important tournaments around the world.
My wife is the WIM Ineymig Hernandez Gil with whom I have also worked for years, she is further proof of what correct training can do, she achieved her WIM title in April 2022, in addition to this she was a member of the Cuba team that participated in the 2022 Chennai India Olympics and became 3rd in the under 16 world ranking when it reached 2348 Elo Fide.

Soy Cristiano y creo en Dios, a quien le doy Gracias por todo lo que ha hecho en mi vida, en todas las áreas, incluida el ajedrez.

Me gustan casi todos los deportes, en especial me gusta mucho jugar Fútbol y Tenis de Mesa, sigo el fútbol y mi equipo favorito es el Real Madrid.

En el Ajedrez otra de las experiencias que debo mencionar es que desde niño he sido compañero de entrenamiento de Carlos Daniel Albornoz Cabrera, actualmente GM +2580 Elo FIDE y que ya superó la barrera de los 2600, debo reiterar que solo como compañero de entrenamiento , y me he beneficiado mucho de esto, ya que me he hecho más fuerte como jugador y he podido aprender mucho de él.

Actualmente estudio Licenciatura en Deporte en la Universidad, me encuentro en el 5to Año de la carrera.

I am a Christian and I believe in God, whom I thank for everything he has done in my life, in all areas, including chess.

I like almost all sports, especially I really like playing Soccer and Table Tennis, I follow soccer and my favorite team is Real Madrid.

In Chess, another experience that I must mention is that since I was a child I have been a training partner of Carlos Daniel Albornoz Cabrera, currently GM +2580 FIDE Elo and who has already surpassed the 2600 barrier, I must reiterate that only as a training partner, and I have benefited a lot from this, as I have become stronger as a player and I have been able to learn a lot from him.

I am currently studying a Bachelor's Degree in Sports at the University, I am in the 5th Year of the degree.

En cuanto a estilo de juego me considero un jugador Universal, por supuesto cometo errores y pierdo partidas, pero creo que está balanceado.
Una de las cosas que mejor se me da es la preparación para rivales específicos durante las competencias, además de esto tengo habilidad para identificar los patrones errados de pensamiento tanto en mi caso como en mis alumnos, esto es necesario para poder progresar, debido a que es cuando logramos cambiar esos patrones errados de pensamiento por otros nuevos y mejores que la calidad de nuestras partidas mejora porque reducimos la frecuencia de error y eso se traduce en mejores resultados. Otra cosa que ayuda es que conozco diversos modelos típicos de procedimientos en distintas fases de la partida que he ido aprendiendo de mis propias partidas y entrenamientos a lo largo de los años, así como del trabajo con mis alumnos y los aporto durante las clases en momentos donde son aplicables.

Pero sobre todo lo que considero más valioso es que he hecho del módulo de análisis mi compañero de entrenamiento, y con el trabajo de años me he adaptado a entender el proceso de pensamiento que está detrás de las sugerencias de los analizadores, cada lección que he aprendido de ellos está presente en mi visión del ajedrez y es la clave para el progreso que he tenido en los últimos años como ajedrecista.

This is necessary to be able to progress, because It is when we manage to change these erroneous patterns of thinking with new and better ones that the quality of our games improves because we reduce the frequency of errors and that translates into better results. Another thing that helps is that I know various typical models of procedures in different phases of the game that I have learned from my own games and training over the years, as well as from working with my students and I contribute them during classes at times. where they are applicable.

But above all, what I consider most valuable is that I have made the analysis module my training partner, and with years of work I have adapted to understanding the thought process behind the analyzers' suggestions, every lesson I have learned from them is present in my vision of chess and is the key to the progress I have made in recent years as a chess player.

Procuro equipar a mis alumnos con hábitos de pensamiento que hagan su juego más preciso, les aporto los conocimientos necesarios y realmente valiosos en cada fase de la partida, y los preparo para enfrentar un montón de situaciones típicas que podrían presentarse frecuentemente en sus partidas, creando una especie de Repertorio de Patrones típicos que les ayudará a orientarse mejor que sus rivales en determinadas situaciones, ayudándoles a desprenderse en el proceso de aquellos malos hábitos de pensamiento que tengan arraigados.

Siempre voy a procurar que nuestra principal fuente de aprendizaje sean los analizadores modernos, no hay nadie mejor de quién podamos aprender que del módulo de análisis con una fuerza de Elo Superior a los 3500 Fide . Yo he logrado aprender mucho de los analizadores haciendo las preguntas correctas y descubriendo los procesos de pensamientos detrás de sus sugerencias, sobre esa base aprenderás secretos que no vas a encontrar en ningún libro de ajedrez y que son muy fiables y altamente exitosos .
